The firm sponsors commercial real estate investments and the principals serve as the managing members and asset managers for those investments. The company's principals have experience in the development of urban, mixed use multi-family properties, detached single family homes, suburban land plats, PUD's and office properties, apartment financing and acquisition and sales, and manufactured housing communities.
