Richard B. Pratt

Dick Pratt, a founding principal of Meridian Real Estate Group, has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. He has successfully developed both commercial and residential properties and for the past twelve years has functioned as the Managing Member of Meridian Real Estate Group. In this capacity he has been responsible for sourcing debt and equity for numerous developer and investor clients and providing investment services to private financial advisors. His experience with various product types includes commercial, residential, hospitality and resort properties.

He is currently a board member of Megadyne Information Systems, Inc., a Los Angeles based software company and Sierra communities, LLC, a Florida-based property owner. In addition, he has been a regular lecturer at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Washington and participates in selected community and charitable organizations.
